Notes to self

#1. Make sure you have backup caffeine in case the Coke machine at work is out of everything but diet Coke, which you think tastes like sweat.

#2. Make sure you pick up your anti-anxiety medication refill before Monday morning. Saturday is a good day to keep in mind.

#3. Make sure you eat some form of protein before 3 p.m--either at breakfast or lunch.

If you do the above steps, surely you will avoid the nagging, sickening, persistent headache that you have dealt with all day today!
